Our Mission
We believe in the power of social impact and small business to change the world and want to help elevate and amplify the voice and vision of the incredible change makers who are building businesses in this sector.
We believe we can do this by either:
supporting business owners from diverse backgrounds, whose success creates opportunities and lights a flame of hope in their communities, or
supporting social enterprises and small businesses whose mission serves to elevate individuals and communities with diverse backgrounds.
How We Help
Business is tough - even for individuals with enormous amounts of privilege and resources.
According to Fortune magazine, 30% of startups fail - not because of cash flow, poor products or flaws in strategy - but due to the emotional state of their founders (13% due to loss of focus, 9% due to loss of passion, and 8% due to founder burnout).
The work we do focuses on bringing therapy and coaching together to help business owners manage the emotional and mental challenges that come with being a Founder. It helps to elevate their resilience, build their self-leadership and unlock clarity and momentum - even in uncertain times.
Individuals from diverse backgrounds typically face more barriers to entry when it comes to business success than non-diverse populations; barriers may be external (biases, less access to networks or role models) or internal (feelings of imposter syndrome, low confidence, past trauma).
We share strategies and techniques for how to move through the internal challenges, specific for entrepreneurs.

Aligned Action
Every result we want sits on the other side of action. Not taking action is responsible for every failed or unrealised dream. And somethings the problem is that we are not taking action, but that the action we are taking is not in alignment with the person we want to grow into or the dream we want to realise.
Emotional Agility
30% startups fail due to founders not being able to bounce back from their emotional challenges like burnout, loss of passion or loss of motivation. Business is a game of uncertainty and uncertainty breeds emotional turmoil, to become a master player at business you must cultivate your emotional agility first.
Authentic Leadership
As a business owner we all want our businesses to grow and to thrive. In order for our baby to grow beyond us we must learn the skillset of inspiring others to share in our mission. Once we have people who share our mission, the next hurdle is getting them to give their best to the cause.
7 months ago I started a journey of self discovery with Eunoia that has completely changed my life. Words cannot express my gratitude towards both Sophia and Zoi for the impact they have made. They have both helped me in such unique and meaningful ways and not only have I noticed the changes in myself, but the people around me have noticed it too.

About Us
Sophia Barros
Sophia is a Performance and Leadership Coach with 20 years experience in the world of small business and degrees in psychology, culture and communication. Sophia has led businesses and teams from the point of start-up to scaling. Her personal experience of burnout and her journey back to sustainable high-performance and balance, have lead to models like EM’s Authentic Impact Model. She's also a mum, who understands the pressures facing self-employed families, where the demands on your time are endless.
Zoi Saad
Zoi is a Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT) & Clinical Hypnotherapist. RTT is a very specialised form of unconscious mind work that accelerates transformation and results by bringing your conscious actions and habits into alignment with your unconscious drivers.
Zoi trained directly with Marissa Peer, the UK's #1 therapist, who developed RTT for high-performance, in the work she did with royals, elite athletes and top entrepreneurs. In a previous life, Zoi spent years working in boutique finance firms and small creative agencies, giving her a very clear and real understanding of the pressures facing small business.

Eligibility Criteria
You:
are a founder, director or business owner of a registered Australian business that is turning over at least AUD$5000/month for the last 3 months and
a) have experienced marginalisation or belong to a marginalised community as listed or
b) your business in some way, shape or form, serves to elevate the marginalised communities aforementioned
Your personal income for last financial year did not exceed $70,000.
You are:
available during business hours to attend sessions and workshops
committed to showing up to group sessions and implementing strategies and frameworks
open to accountability
highly-coachable
hilling to be authentic and vulnerable
ready to do the personal work required to build business resilience
