    Leadership begins with us.

    We begin our Deep Dive by unlocking the principle of Self-Leadership and working through evidence-based frameworks for managing ourselves, in order to better lead others.

    We’ll also explore the fundamentals of healthy team culture and why this starts long before your first hire!.

  • Day 2: Building Confidence

    Day 2 is all about PEOPLE.

    The key to inspiration & influence is learning how to empower others.

    Confidence & Parent Coach, Dimuthu Perera , will take us through a killer strategy to foster confidence in our children (and our teams!)

    We will also explore core leadership challenges and workshop them together in a hands-on mastermind hour.

    Day 2 will change how you think about people - regardless of whether you have a team of 0 or 100.

  • Day 3: Quarterly Huddle

    Clarity, is the key to leadership and fostering momentum.

    In our Quarterly huddles we take a moment for reflect back before we project forward, deciding what the 3 most important priorities are for the next 90 Days and mapping out your 6 Weekly Sprint with weekly focus areas.

    You’ll walk away feeling clear, focused and ready to go with tangible milestones and metrics!
