Why Purpose-Driven Founders have it harder…
The other day we were thinking about our audience and the amazing Founders who make up our community and we created this graphic to capture what we think is cool about you guys
As we were talking about the work you guys do - the way you help individuals, impact communities and ultimately change the world, we realised that the job you do, is that much harder than that of most Founders and business owners.
Purpose Driven businesses - businesses that are focused on giving back and creating social change - require so much more of us as Founders!
In order to inspire people to make change, to lead others to BE the example of what is possible, we need to cultivate skill sets that traditional business owners, haven't necessarily needed to be exceptional at.
We need vision unlike any other.
We need a deep seeded belief that it is possible to create the change we seek & incredible patience, authenticity and communication in order to inspire people to join our movement.
Above all we need grounding.
We need ways to manage the turbulence of our mission and stay deeply rooted to our cause.
It’s hard trying to do all that, whilst still bringing in clients, managing a team and being responsible for growth!
So if this feels like it’s speaking to you, we just want to acknowledge you and say keep going!
